The current research aims to develop the professional competencies of principals of commercial secondary education schools in light of the requirements of the labor market this is through getting to know the commercial technical secondary education system, identifying the nature of the commercial technical secondary education system in light of the labor market requirements in Fayoum governorate, the reality of commercial technical secondary education schools in Fayoum governorate to keep pace with the requirements of the labor market, and developing proposed mechanisms for developing the commercial technical secondary education school system in light of the requirements of the labor market in Fayoum governorate, the research also relied on the descriptive approach.

the research found suggested mechanisms, including : 1-involvement of the industrial sector in preparing the curricula, which leads to its quality.

2-Linking the curricula to the needs of the renewable labor market and the constantly required professions.
