Abstract EN

This current research aims to identify the reality of king Khalid university students’ possession of the 21st century skills (learning, creativity and technical skills) from the viewpoint of faculty members at the college of education, king Khalid university.

to achieve the objectives of this research, the descriptive analytical method was relied upon, and after applying the study tool (the questionnaire) to a sample of (35) faculty members at the college of education, king Khalid university.

the results of the study reached : the general average of the responses of the sample members about the reality of the possession of creative thinking skills by king Khalid university students was large, with a mean (3.52) and a standard deviation (8.04), and the general average of the responses of the sample members about the reality of the possession of metacognitive thinking skills by king Khalid university students was large, with an average of (3.67), and a standard deviation of (6.9), and the general average of the sample members’ responses about the reality of the king Khalid university students’ problem-solving skill was large, with an average of (3.82), and a standard deviation of (8.6) and the general average of the responses of the sample members about the reality of the possession of technical skills by king Khalid university students was large, with an average of (4.05), and a standard deviation of (4.4), the results also revealed that there were statistical differences in the sample responses about the role of king Khalid university in developing the skills of the 21 st century among students in the light of the human capacity development program due to the variables (scientific rank, current job).
