The aim of the current research is to identify the theoretical framework of administrative creativity, and its importance for managing organizational conflict with identifying the theoretical framework for organizational conflict, and monitoring the reality of achieving administrative creativity from the point of view of the study sample for managing organizational conflict in pre-university schools, and developing suggested mechanisms for developing creativity skills Administrative creativity for managing organizational conflict in pre-university schools.

The current research relied on the descriptive approach, and in its field framework, it relied on a questionnaire to identify the reality of administrative creativity to achieve management of organizational conflict, and the study concluded that the reality of administrative creativity came with a relative weight (0.527), and an arithmetic average General (1.58 out of 3), which is low as it falls in the category (1.00 to 1.66), and one of the most important results of the research: Educational leaders rebuild and design creative educational institutions to manage organizational conflict and include (leadership style / values / structures / systems / resources To create a healthy, safe and attractive environment, establish a special center to train leaders at different levels for the ability to manage conflict within their institutions, set programs to develop administrative creativity and encourage creativity and training them to realize the dangers of negative conflict.
