This study aims at identifying the nature of the correlation between Delegation and organizational Trust in secondary schools Gaza governorates from the viewpoint of teachers in light of some variables.
The researcher used a descriptive analytical.
And the sample consist of (355) teachers from secondary school teachers in the governorates of Gaza, it represented (7.5%) of the study community, then the sample was chosen by stratified random method, and used the questionnaire as tools for the study.
One of the most important results was that the total score for estimating the study sample for the degree of Delegation exercise obtained a relative weight (75.7%), i.e.
a large degree, as well as the total score for estimating the study sample for the level of organizational Trust obtained a relative weight (76.38%) i.e.
to a large degree, as the study showed no There are statistically significant differences for the degree of Delegation practice, and for the level of organizational Trust attributable to the variables (gender, educational qualification, years of service), While there are differences in the degree of delegation exercise and the level of organizational trust due to the variable of the directorate in favor of the directorates of North Gaza, East Gaza and Khan Yunis, As it turned out that there is a positive correlation between the degree of Delegation practice in its fields for secondary school principals in Gaza governorates and the level of organizational Trust in its fields for teachers, and the study recommended the implementation of several practical measures to raise the degree of delegation practice Improving the level of organizational Trust.
