Abstract EN

The rule of bridging pretexts is one of the most important fundamentalist rules which shows their importance in various systemic and other aspects , since the issue of investigation is partially within the Saudi criminal procedure system, it is an issue directly affecting the achievement of justice, and to pay the damage to society, the statement of the relationship of the systemic material in the investigation of the rule of bridging pretexts in fundamentalists, this is because of the general relevance and impact of the rules of Evidence in the drafting of the Regulations' texts and regulations .

Its objectives : to clarify the relationship of the system of criminal procedure with the fundamentalist rules by indicating the system's relationship with the rule of bridging pretexts, demonstrating the organizer's concern for the rights of the accused at all stages of the investigation, and based it on the rule of closing pretexts in the majority of investigative material.

His approach :Gathering rules of order in the investigation relating to the rule of bridging pretexts, then analyze it , indicate its relationship to the rule of bridging pretexts .
