Abstract EN

The study aimed to design a proposed electronic unit in artificial intelligence, and measure its effectiveness in developing ninth graders programming artificial intelligence applications skills in Gaza governorates.

the study sample was 31 ninth female graders at al-Aishiya girls primary school.

the study used the descriptive approach, and the pre-experimental approach (single group design).

the programming skills note card was used as a tool after verifying its validity and reliability.

the study revealed a list of programming skills related to artificial intelligence.

the proposed electronic unit was designed according to an educational design model consisting of (6) stages: analysis, design, production, experimentation, application, and evaluation.

moreover, the study revealed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.01) between the mean scores of the female graders in the pre and post application in the programming skills observation card in favor of the post application.

the eta squared (2) for the note card was (0.99).

this indicates a significant impact of the proposed electronic unit in "artificial intelligence" in developing programming skills for ninth grades.
