Abstract EN

The aim of the study is to investigate the effectiveness of a proposed training program in the light of twenty-first century skills in developing the teaching performance of science teachers.

the study sample consisted of (32) teachers, they are science teachers in the directorate of education east of khan Yunis.

it consisted of (5) main fields: formulation of aims, creating safe and supportive learning environments, employing technology and learning methods, enhancing communication and communication skills and evaluating student learning.

the study found the effectiveness of the proposed training program in developing the teaching performance of science teachers.

in light of the results of the study, it is recommended to apply the training program within the professional development programs for science teachers, in order to develop their teaching performance.
