Abstract EN

The main objective of this study is to identify the internal efficiency level of educational supervision system in Palestinian southern governorates, and to propose a suggested plan to improve the internal efficiency of the educational supervision system in the Palestinian southern governorates.

the researchers use an analytical, descriptive approach to achieve the study's goals, relying on specific system analysis features to describe and analyze some components of the supervisory system in Palestine's southern governorates.

in addition to the constructive method , the researchers use the questionnaire as a main tool for the study which was conducted as a whole by a general survey questions on (287) male and female supervisors, (84) from the UNRWA and (203) from the ministry of education (government), using interviews as a supporting tool for this study.

the study reaches the following conclusions: the level of internal efficiency of the educational supervision system in the southern governorates of Palestine is high, as the relative weight of the total degree reaches (78.79%).

in light of the findings of the study, the researchers design a suggested proposal to improve the level of internal efficiency of the educational supervision system in the southern governorates of Palestine.

the researchers also recommend increasing the number of educational supervisors according to their specialization, and involving educational supervision in the educational reform mechanisms and strategies depending on periodic reports about the strengths and weaknesses of educational process elements, and designing organizational structures that clarify the educational supervisor's description and functional degree, as well as his position.
