The study aimed to identify the creative thinking skills included in the Fiqh book for the second intermediate grade in Saudi Arabia in the light of creative thinking skills: fluency, flexibility, originality, sensitivity to problems, and elaboration.

The original community of this study consisted of all the content of Islamic education textbooks for the intermediate stage of the first term of the academic year (1434/1435 H).

The Figh book was selected as a random sample for the study.

The descriptive-analytical approach was followed to analyze the content according to the refereed creative thinking skills list.

The analysis showed that the primary creative thinking skills in the content of the student’s book were in order: fluency, originality, flexibility, then sensitivity to problems, with a percentage of (89.65%) of these skills only, excluding the elaboration skill.

While in the activity content book, the following skills were presented: fluency, originality, and flexibility, with a percentage of (65.50%), excluding the skills of sensitivity to problems and elaboration.

One of the most important recommendations of the study was to build the range and sequence matrix to include creative thinking skills: fluency, flexibility, originality, sensitivity to problems, and elaboration in the content of the two-part Fiqh book: student book and activity book for the second intermediate grade according to the range and sequence matrix.
