Abstract EN

The current research aims to know (the effect of a counseling program in a way of stopping thinking in reducing social undermining among educational counselors), and to achieve the objectives of this research, the experimental method was used to verify the objectives of the current research, and the research sample consisted of (30) counselors and educational guides from those who got the highest A degree on the scale of social undermining adopted by theresearcher (Falih, 2020), and they were selected from the schools affiliated to the Diyala Education Directorate, and the sample was randomly distributed between two equal counseling groups, and the program prepared to be applied to the experimental group was used, while the control group was not exposed to the counseling program and was adopted The researcher is a method of stopping thinking, and the number of sessions (12 sessions) was completed It was presented to a group of experts in this field, and they supported the validity of the program, and to process the research data, several statistical methods were adopted (Pearson correlation coefficient, Colmcurve-Samir Nouf selection, and Wilcoxen test), and it reached the most prominent results.

There are no statistically significant differences, at the level of (0.05) between the scores of the experimental and control groups in the post-test, and the researcher came up with a number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions in the total results.
