This research aims to find out the extent to which the students of the first three grades of the primary stage possess language skills from the teachers’ point of view.
Baghdad, Rusafa third intentionally, the research sample amounted to (100) male and female teachers, by (30) male and female teachers for the first grade of primary and (30) male and female teachers for the second grade of primary and (40) male and female teachers for the third grade of primary, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (16) A skill with a graded scale with three levels (high, medium, and low) distributed over the four language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), The researcher used the following educational means (the t-test for one sample, the percentage, the direction of the sample).
The results resulted in the students in the three grades possessing language skills at a medium degree.
