The current research aims to identify the bases for activating research groups in Arabic language teaching methods from the perspective of holders of higher degrees in educational and psychological sciences.
To achieve the research objective, the Analytical Descriptive Approach and its identifier tools, one of the tools of the descriptive approach, were followed.
The research community is represented by the holder of higher degrees in educational and psychological sciences at the Iraqi Ministry of Education.
(45) Teaching and teaching, including the preparation of the identification of a set of procedures to identify the bases for the activation of joint research groups, the apparent veracity of the identification after each paragraph obtained the ratio of two expert agreements (80%) or more valid, while the coefficient of Fakronbach is valued (0.84), calculating the frequency and percentage of each paragraph, the research produced a series of findings, including: The paragraph (establishment of research centres under the Directorates General of Governorates in each governorate) has the highest repetitions (45) and a percentage (12.74)%, while the paragraph (establishment of a central committee responsible for the work of the subcommittees) has the lowest frequency (15) and a percentage (4.25).
In the light of the results, the research concluded (the importance of joint research work and the principle of research partnership at both the individual and institutional levels).
Research recommended a set of recommendations (identification of research priorities for each jurisdiction according to the need of each directorate and governorate) In the light of regular or quarterly feedback through questionnaires or reports provided to research centres, the research suggested a range of proposals (joint research between the Centre for Research and Studies and different sectors).
