The current research aims to know (the effectiveness of distance e-learning at the primary level under the Karuna pandemic (COVID19) from the teachers' point of view) and the procedures for this study were based on the analytical descriptive approach, based on the collection of data from the study sample of (primary school teachers), and an electronic questionnaire was designed as a means of ascertaining the goal of the study, and analysing the responses of the study sample on questionnaire paragraphs, this study was applied to a sample of (50) teachers in the primary stage, The sample of the study was randomly selected from the study community who are available in e-learning groups via social media for the 2020-2021 school year from different disciplines and from all provinces of Iraq, and were contacted through social media.
In order to process the data statistically, the researcher used the Statistical Program (APSS) to analyze the study data after the answers were encoded.
The descriptive statistic was used to calculate calculation averages and standard deviations.
The most prominent results of the study were to confirm the poor effectiveness of distance e-learning at the primary level and revealed that there are many obstacles facing teachers and primary school pupils alike.
With the poor interaction of primary school pupils with distance e-learning in the context of the CORONA pandemic from the point of view of their teachers and based on these results, the researcher came up with a number of recommendations.
