The study aimed to measure the effectiveness of the practice of facilitating meaningful mathematical dialogue in developing probabilistic thinking among students of the second intermediate grade in Al-Rass Governorate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The research sample consisted of 58 students, who were randomly divided into two groups: an experimental group consisting of 28 students and a control group of 28 students.

The researcher prepared a guide for the teacher, and built the probabilistic thinking test, and the results showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the experimental and control groups in the post application of the probabilistic thinking test in favor of the experimental group.
