Arabic Abstract
في الأونة الأخيرة، قامت الشركات الهندسية باستثمارات كبيرة في إنشاء منصات المعلومات لمشاريع الهندسة و البناء.
يحفظ عناصر المعلومات في قواعد البيانات التي يتم استضافتها على خوادم مركزية و يمنح مديري المشاريع القدرة على مراقبة إصدارات متعددة من المعلومات المخزنة و كذلك العلاقات بين أجزاء مختلفة من المعلومات هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي و تقييم استخدام المنصات لإدارة المشاريع أثناء الجائحة طبقت منهجية الدراسة نموذج عملية التحليل الهرمي (AHP) و المقابلات شبه المنظمة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة.
يتم استخدام نموذج تحديد تأثيرات النظام الأساسي المستند إلى AHP في هذا العمل لبناء والمساعدة في اتخاذ القرار من أجل معالجة مشكلة تحديد النظام الأساسي في اختيار المجموعة الأكثر قبولا من معايير تطبيقات النموذج.
يستخدم هذا النموذج لبناء و مساعدة صنع القرار.
يستخدم SpiceLogic Software لمعالجة وتحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها من الاستبادة.
وفقا للنتائج، كان لاستخدام المنصات تأثير فعال على إدارة المشروع الهندسي الذي تم تنفيذه خلال الوباء.
تسلط غالبية المعايير والمعايير الفرعية الضوء على أهمية استخدام المنصات، فضلاً عن عواقبها على المشاريع الهندسية.
English Abstract
Recently, Engineering businesses have made significant investments in the creation of information platforms for engineering and construction projects.
It saves information items in databases that are hosted on centralized servers and gives project managers the ability to monitor multiple versions of stored information as well as the relations between different pieces of information.
This study aimed to investigate and assess the using of platforms for managing the projects during the pandemic.
The study methodology implemented the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model and semi-structured interview to achieve the study goals.
An AHP-based platform impacts determination model is used in this work to construct and aid in decision making in order to address the platforms determination issue in selecting the most acceptable combination of model applications criteria.
This model is used to construct and help decision making.
SpiceLogic Software is used to do processing and analysis on the data collected from the questionnaire.
According to the results, the use of platforms had an effective impact on the engineering project management carried out throughout the pandemic.
The majority of the criteria and sub-criteria highlight the relevance of using platforms, as well as the consequences they have for engineering projects.
