This research aims to identify (the effectiveness of O'Reilly's strategy in the collection of curriculum and textbook material and the development of motivation to learn among students of the College of Education for Human Sciences) to achieve the goal of the research.
In the College of Education for Human Sciences - Wasit University, the number of students of the experimental group was (42) male and female students who studied according to the O'Reilly strategy, and the number of students of the control group was (42 ) male and female students who studied according to the traditional method.
The researcher was rewarded with the following variables (age - intelligence - prior knowledge - academic level - Cardiac application of motivation For learning), the researcher prepared the two research tools, the first tool was an achievement test that consisted of (50) items of a type of multiple choice, while the second tool was the measure of motivation to learn and it consisted of (40) items, and the results of the research showed the superiority of the experimental group that was studied according to the strategy O'Reilly on the students of the control group who studied according to the traditional method in the achievement of curriculum and textbook subjects and motivation to learn.
