Current research aims at defining efficiency of Laying Concepts strategy on developing Linguistic intelligence for special education students.

Researcher used two groups model (experimental and Control).The sample was Limited on fourth primary school pupils(special education) at schools of Nineveh governorate center for the academic year(2020/2021).The sample consisted of (20)pupilsderided equally (10) pupils at each group.

Researcher equalized between both groups in some variables.

Researcher made (12) teaching plans .Adopted Linguistic in diligence test( rerbalsection) made by (Surour 1988).

Reliability of derided equally (10) pupils at each group.

Researcher equalized between both groups in some variables.

Reliability of test was achieved through passing panel of experts .Stability done through re- test.

After applying experiment, the researcher applied test on both groups before experiment After the experiment ended and treating data statistically using(Mann Whitney test), the results showed statistically significant differences between experiment; (and control groups in means of difference between pre and posttest in furor of experimental group Given these results, researcher recommends the use of laying Concepts strategy in teaching special education pupils.

Suggested initiating a similar study in anon the Lesson such as mathematics.
