Abstract EN

The problem of the study is that the institutional performance in the higher council for strategy- has weaknesses.

this weakness may be the result of the lack of organizational justice in the ministry.

the research problem is represented in the following questions: main: is there a role for organizational justice in the institutional performance in the higher council for strategy-in Khartoum state? the role of procedural justice.

and the role of distributive justice.

and the extent of the role of transactional justice.

the research also aims to examine the role of organizational justice in the institutional performance of the higher council for strategy-, Khartoum state.

identify the role of procedural justice.

and study the role of distributive justice.

and the role of dealing justice (interactive).

the main hypotheses where there is a role for organizational justice in the institutional performance of the higher council for strategy-, Khartoum state.

sub-hypotheses: there is a role for procedural justice.

there is a role for distributive justice.

there is a role for transactional justice.

the research followed: descriptive analytical method and historical approach and the use of SPSS program.

through the field study, several results were reached.

the respondents' responses were approved by ratios ranging between 72% and 44%.

the responses of the respondents in approval ranged between 64% and 52% and there is a strong statistically significant relationship between transactional justice in higher council for strategy .respondents answered with approval rates ranging between 50% and 84%.

the study made a set of recommendations, including; in tersest in improving some factor of distributive justice represented in(salaries, incentives, bonuses).with exerting more effort and maintaining the estimated efforts that led to the current good performance in distributive ,procedural and interactive justice in the higher council for strategy.
