The study aimed to identify the classroom management problems facing Arab secondary school teachers for girls in Abéché, from the point of view of school principals .the researcher followed the descriptive approach, and relied on the questionnaire as a study tool and found the following results : female students complain among themselves.

the students were chatting during the class.

classes are overcrowded.

female students aren’t allowed to participate in art education classes.

scientific trips for female students are rare.

recommendations : raise the professional efficiency of teachers in the field of modern teaching methods.

build more classrooms.

school principals should organize scientific and recreational trips for female students.

increase art education hours for female students.

the study also suggests conducting more research in : whether parents’ are satisfied or not with scientific trips for female students.
