Linguists have put so many conditions for the formation of nouns of Preference to the extent that no other noun derivation has all such conditions.

Consequently, they regarded so many derivations of nouns of Preference as deviations.

Since the reason behind having all these conditions is to void confusion.

The researcher reduced these conditions into only two: -To infer the derived verb from the nouns of Preference without confusion.

- the meaning of nouns of preference must denote increase.

Then the researcher tackled the derivation of the nouns of preference from the non-triliteral roots indicating that it is derived from the quadriliteral root according to the pattern af'al and derived from the five- consonant root according to the pattern aft'ala without and deviation.

It is not derived from the six- consonant roots.

Thus the researcher came to the conclusion that there are no deviant nouns of preference forms derived from non- triliteral roots.
