Abstract EN

Caliph Abdullah is aman of Dawah.

We meant by this title to deepen the focus on the Caliph's character as a man of Dawah before and after the Mahadi revolution .The paper aims to unveil the role of the Caliph in settling the roots of the Mahadi Dawah by the faithfull support that he made to Mahadi (mohammad Ahmed) in addition to his strong religious charcter and the cluture that he iherted from from his ancestors.The importance of the paper is represented in producing a scientific study based on clear meathdolog , that reflects the passed historical incedents that connected with the nature of the Mahdi Dawah and her convincing address to a nation that has been waiting to get rid of colonization .The paper adopted the historical and the descriptive analytical meathodology for the duration between (1881-1885).

The research included two chapters, the frist one titled: the Caliph before the Mahadi Dawha, while the second was (the Caliph realation with the Mahadi and the Mahai's Dawah.The research included at the end a conclusion, contained results and some recomondations in addition to the index with refrences and sources of the study
