Abstract EN

This study focuses on a topic discussed by fundamentalists and Islamic scholars.

This topic enjoys a certain specialty because it could be a base to eradicate hardships from people's shoulder, facilitate and mitigate their worships, but it also, at the same time, could discourage Figh'h practices and calls for over-mitigation.

This study aims to resolve this matter, and explain attention paid by fundamentalists and Ibadhi scholars to scourge.

In the second theme of this study, it discusses the reasons and rules of scourge, and it discusses them in details.

Further, the study, in its' third theme, discusses figh'hi implementation of scourge extent in Ibadhi's doctrine in different worships; such as, prayers and daily financial transactions.

The study concluded with couple of findings and recommendations that the scholar is calling for in his study.
