Abstract EN

The researcher aimed to identify the revival of cultural and societal values in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to identify those with special needs in the sites of urban heritage in their environment, rehabilitate and invest the energies of those with special needs and integrate those with special needs into their society.

By applying his questionnaire to teachers, specialists and parents with special needs, the research results reached: 1- The possibility of investing the urban heritage in the recreational area for people with special needs.

2- Possibility of investing the urban heritage in the social area for people with special needs.

3- The possibility of investing the urban heritage in the therapeutic area for people with special needs.

4- The possibility of investing the urban heritage in the investment area for people with special needs.

5- There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of assessment of teachers, specialists and parents to invest the urban heritage in the care and rehabilitation of people with special needs, in the light of specialization.
