This article aims to contribute to explaining the concept of digital transformation and its role in the emergence of new business models called "digital entrepreneurship", as well as in exploring the emerging concept of digital entrepreneurship and its advantages and challenges.

The article also aims to identify the importance of modern technology in stimulating the climate of leadership and creativity, through research into the relationship between digital transformation and achieving sustainable development goals.

Through the discussion, it became clear that digital transformation is of great importance in raising the operational efficiency of governments and business organizations, especially small and medium enterprises, and in improving their organizational performance and enhancing their competitiveness.

It also turned out that digital transformation and digital entrepreneurship are very important to driving the sustainable development goals.
