Abstract EN

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive-analytical survey method, by applying the study tool to a sample of (350) male and female teachers.

which was a questionnaire consisting of (50) items, so that the degree of its reliability is (0.899) alpha-Cronbach.

the questionnaire was built for the purpose of the research by the researcher, so that the degree of its reliability is 0.899 thousand Cronbach.

the study reached a number of results, the most important of which were: the level of positive social motives among Arab teachers in the Naqab region came to a large degree ; the level of positive psychological motives among Arab teachers in the Naqab region came to a large degree.

the study also found a statistically significant effect of psychological and social motives and the interaction between them on the performance of Arab teachers in the Naqab region.

as well as the absence of an impact of the impact of psychological and social motives on the performance of Arab teachers in the Naqab according to the study variables (gender, age, monthly income, specialization).
