Abstract EN

The focus of this study is on the role of the international community in managing the emerging coronary epidemic crisis ( COVID 19), and the issue is to reach the factors and reasons that led to the failure of international community in managing COVID 19 crisis, which will be explained by answering the questions of this study.

On the light of previous studies, this study aimed to explain the role of the United Nations Organization in achieving the international cooperation as important goal to face the crises and challenges.

In addition, this study aimed to explain the role of scientific progress in limiting the spread of COVID 19, and its role in enabling the international community as a whole and each country to manage this crisis.

This study has used a couple of connected approaches such as historical, power, decision making, and communication approach to study this issue.

The findings of this study have showed the unexpected surprise of epidemic of COVID 19 fast spread around the world in a short time, and showed the political, administrative, financial, and scientifical deficit of international community to limit the COVID 19 spread as a result of weak health, financial cooperation, and lack of information exchange.
