This study aims at addressing the issue of the position of Moroccan woemen in public administration, particularly in positions of responsibility, it also examins the factors that promote or serve the presentation of women and integrating women's in the poltical life is one of the most crucial conditions of sitting democracy and affordding chances to every citizen with sex discrimination, integrating of women espacially in the security filed into the police grades equal basis with men.
