the term governance has emerged to occupy a wide space in the field of scientific research, where there has been widespread debate about its content, and the dimensions of this concept have multiplied to include both the political, economic, social, even environmental and international spheres, thus presenting governance as an approach to the study of development issues, given their relationship to various indicators and areas of development.

governance is the most important condition for achieving good governance and its concept revolves around good governance to link government, the private sector and civil society, in order to optimize the objectives of individualization of society by using different mechanisms: participation, transparency, accountability, justice, political stability and the absence of violence, efficiency and effectiveness of government, quality of procedures, fighting corruption and others.
