Abstract EN
Today, thanks to Information and Communication Technology (ICT), the world is changing in all sectors of activity.
In the education sector, this change has generated a profound reform, particularly in the field of teacher training, taking into account new technological tools, new teaching methods and finally the new role of the teacher and the teacher learner in the emerging knowledge society.
Thus, training teachers in the integration and pedagogical use of ICT is one of the major concerns of many African countries, including Senegal.
The adoption of these new complex pedagogical methods necessarily requires a change in strategies, teaching methods, but also pedagogical values and the vision of the teacher in relation to his new role.
How can we, or should we train teachers in the face of these many transformations, particularly in the Senegalese context? In short, it is therefore a question of designing, producing and implementing resources and situations using technology in accordance with the teaching objectives of the curricula while being up to date from the point of view of tools, skills and knowledge.
