Abstract EN

Horses have a great position and prestigious status among the Arabs.

The Holy Quran came speaking to the Arabs about the gratitude for creating this wonderful creation.

By them they do their proposes and do their works.

Its Giver is the one who deserves to be worshiped and uniqueness in the divinity, Almighty.

In this research, I tried to collect and study the vocabulary related to this subject, and to find out the secrets of its rhetoric and the aspects of its significance and the types of its meanings in the Holy Quran.

I have concluded to results, the most prominent: The greatness of the position of horses in Islamic law, whereas the Holy Quran indicated its importance, and that Allah, Almighty, has sworn to the horses and the racers ones.

This is an evidence of the honor of it and the greatness of its status, The Muslim should know this virtue, how to take care of them, and know its jurisprudence and provisions.

The most important recommendations: It is necessary to do a thorough objective study about horses in the Quran and Sunnah.

As well as doing a comparative academic study on the jurisprudential provisions for horses, especially the current issues.
