Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the reality of human resources development in vocational training institutions in the southern governorates of Palestine To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the descriptive and analytical method And the use of a questionnaire to measure the reality of human resources development in vocational training institutions, consisting of (4) areas The study population consisted of (194) employees, and the study sample consisted of (129) employees, an estimated rate of (66.4%) And from the results of the study: -The degree of the study sample’s assessment of the reality of human resources development was medium and of relative weight (64.7%).

-There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level of (α ≤ 0.05), between the averages of the study sample's degrees of estimating the reality of human resources development due to the study variables (academic qualification, supervising authority, job title) Main recommendations: Establishing a department concerned with the development of human resources in vocational training institutions in the southern governorates.
