The study aimed to identify the level of empathy and self-awareness, and to identify the nature of the relationship between empathy and self-awareness among students who are bullies at the upper basic level, and the sample of the study consisted of (1171) students from the eighth, ninth and tenth grades in public schools in the University Brigade area, the sample was selected according to a simple random method.to achieve the objectives of the study, the empathy scale, the self-awareness scale and the bullying scale developed by the researcher for the purposes of the current study after finding the parameters of honesty and consistency of these scales.

The results showed that the level of empathy is high in a sample of bullies in the upper primary stage, and the level of self-awareness is low in a sample of bullies in the upper primary stage, and there is a statistically significant negative correlation at the level of (α = 0.05) between both empathy and self-awareness in the students bullies in the upper primary stage, and showed a negative correlation between empathy and the researcher recommends holding awareness development programs Self-esteem and empathy among school bullies, especially at the upper primary level.
