Abstract EN

Economic institutions today live in a volatile environment characterized by dynamic and continuous change and this has imposed on them the challenges that made them seek to keep pace with these changes and adapting them in order to survive and follow the strategy of change planned and aimed to reach the desired goals.

this study is mainly looking at the impact of management organizational change on the performance of the economic institution, by analyzing the bilateral relationship between the two variables.

the study found that the effective management of organizational change in the economic institution leads to increase the productivity of employees and guide decisions of sub-managers and to reduce conflicts within the organization and reduce defects and errors also contributes to improved performance and increased motivation for employees to work.
