This is a desk study for the consequences for annexation plan for the Jordan Valley in the West Bank, Palestinian Territories.

The study focuses on water aspect and implications on the Palestinian communities in the confiscated areas and Palestinian Territories as well.

Israel does not recognize Palestinians' rights to or sovereignty over their land and natural resources or the peace building process.

Israel doesn't show any respect to the historical signed agreements with Palestinian Authority or even the negotiation process.

Annexation plan will increase settlement and give Israel the absolute control over the Palestinian Territories and water resources within the confiscated areas that forms 40-50% of Palestinian agricultural lands located in the Jordan valley.

Therefore, there is an urgent need for multi-lateral interventions from the international community to exert pressure on Israel to respect the signed agreements and the international laws.
