Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to identify the impact of strategic intelligence in enhancing organizational culture in the Electricity Distribution Company in the governorates of Gaza, The research sample consisted of employees of the Electricity Distribution Company with supervisory positions, A comprehensive inventory method was used for workers in supervisory jobs, which numbered (192) individuals, and (158) questionnaires were retrieved with a rate of 83.3%, The strategic intelligence scale prepared by Qassem (2011), the organizational culture scale prepared by the researcher, was used, and the descriptive analytical approach was used for its suitability, and the research used appropriate statistical methods for data processing.

The research reached the following results: 1.

The level of strategic intelligence reached (3.866) degree with a relative weight of (77.04%), which indicates that the level of strategic intelligence was high, The level of organizational culture reached (3.636) degree with a relative weight of (72.72%), which indicates that the level of organizational culture was high.

The existence of a positive significant correlation between strategic intelligence and organizational culture in both the overall degree and the dimensions of each of them.

There is a statistically significant effect of strategic intelligence on the organizational culture, it reached up to (34.2%).

The research recommended a set of recommendations,the most important of which: 1.

Paying attention to training and increasing the skills of the employees of the supervisory functions of the company to expand their Prospects and knowledge of the strategic intelligence, in order to overcome the crises that the company faces.

Directing the company's management interest towards introducing modern technology to the work environment, such as artificial intelligence, business intelligence, expert systems and decision support systems, in order to improve its performance.
