The research discusses the issue of individual differences and their influence on the selection of leaders and mission owners, and the research shows that God instilled people with different qualities and different perceptions.

Not everything that is suitable for a person is suitable for another person, and the Sunnah of the Prophet came to the subject of individual differences and worked to take into account them, and from the approach of the Prophet, he used to choose for the tasks those who had some qualities that qualify him for that task, such as courage, keeping the secret, memorizing the Qur’an and so on.

The right man is in the place that suits him and the specialization close to him and his tendencies.

People are different in abilities, but they all have different capabilities, and it is wise to choose for each person what suits him.
