This research deals with explaining the concept of the managerial characteristics of the initiators, and how the Holy Quran presents the wonderful characteristics of the initiators, With the focus of this research on three administrative features that play a major role in achieving the success of any initiative, in refining the personality of the initiator, preparing him to fulfill the requirements of serving the nation, and leading it towards advancement, progress and prosperity, It is represented by: ( Planning, motivation, and problem solving); Where the concept of each feature was examined, and the Quranic rules and directives related to it were explained, and that was clarified with Quranic evidence and models.
