حديث سلمة بن الأكوع (رضي الله عنه)‎ في قتل عين المشركين : دراسة تحليلية

Abstract EN

Salamah Bin Al Akwaa's talk about the spy of killing the polytheists, and it had been studied an analytical study; where the study showed the predicative kindnesses that were encompassed by the reverend Prophetic tradition (hadith) from part of collecting its methods, interpretation, recognizing the narrators of predication, Latif Al-Asnad , and the study of its text by clearing the collecting body of the hadith from all its methods, clearing its eccentric verbals, syntax and eloquence incuded in sentences of the hadith, then explaining what is in the hadith of jurisprudential matters.

Two main jurisprudential matters had been related with this reverend hadith, they are: a matter agreed upon, it is the matter of the atheist spy, and the verdict in it is killing by unanimity of immams of school of jurisprudence and jurisprudents in general, and the matter of place of discrepancy among imams (god blessed their souls), and it is the matter of stealing privates given to the killer.
