English language is an essential component of the Iraqi curricula, and it has undergone many changes over recent years due to cultural and cognitive necessities to keep pace with the modern and rapid developments that the world is witnessing now.
Evaluation is an important and indispensable educational need it helps teachers and program designers in making decisions about the quality of education.
Through it, we obtain required information to arrive at judgments through which decisions can be made.
