Abstract EN

The research is considered a study for Statement of “In the hand of Adel” from the perspective of scientists of Impugment and Validation.

The importance of this study lies in necessity of realizing the meaning of vocabularies and statements of impugment and validation that are used by scientists about the narrators of Hadith and the effect of that to judge the narrators.

This research aims to know the correct pronunciation for the statement of (In the hand of Adel), clarifying the statement’s meaning, its usage among scientists and the narrators who meant by this statement.

This research concluded that the statement was not used by any scientists of impugment and validation except Abi Hatem Al Razi.

He used this statement about four narrators only.

This statement is considered one of impugment statement not the validation statement.

Some of scientists misunderstand this statement.

The correct way of pronouncing this statement is fatah (d), sukun (ya’) in the word of (Yadi), Kasr (Lam), tanween in the word of (Adel).

The person who changes any tashkeel will be (Ala Yadi Adlu) with kasrah in the word (yadi) and dam the letter (L) and tanwen the word (adle), so that the meaning will be varied which it will refer to the justice of narrator.

It will not be the intended meaning.
