Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the availability of requirements for the application of e-management (administrative and organizational, human, physical, software and security requirements) in the Ministry of Public Works and Housing in Gaza from the employees’ point of view, the researcher used the analytical descriptive method and used questionnaire for data collection using Census method by distributing the questionnaire among (100) employees at MPWH (recovering percentage: 94%) in addition to interviewing some employees to interpret some results, The results of the field study indicated that the response of the study community to the availability of the requirements for the application of e-management in the ministry was moderately for each of (organizational and administrative requirements, physical requirements, software requirements, and security requirements) with a response rate of (69.6%, 74.4.64%, 69 While the degree of response towards human requirements was somewhat in agreement with a response rate of (61.9%), The study recommended increasing the adoption of e-management by senior management, Increasing the Ministry's balance of human resources specialized in information technology, and interest in protecting the security and safety of information.
