Abstract EN

The aim of the study is to identify the training requirements for educational supervisors in the education offices in Asir region to apply the program of virtual classrooms.

The survey- descriptive method was used, and the sample consisted of (219) educational supervisors, and the application was upon 140 supervisors.

The study found there are differences between their means of responses in all training periods and the level of approval for them at a relative weight ranging from (2.83 - 1.52) confirming the importance of these requirements for the improvement of their performance so that they could be able to apply the virtual classrooms in supervision.

There are no differences between the means of their responses about the appreciation of their training requirements depending on the variables of years of service, scientific qualification, and training courses in the field of modern technology.

The study recommended: the importance of developing educational supervision by using the Information Technology and using the internet in the educational and instructional reality, and to plan in advance the training programs provided to them by studying their training requirements and intensifying them continuously.
