The current paper aims to define the linguistic performance criteria which are preferred to be available with the kindergarten teachers, and the level of applying these criteria by headmistress' and supervisors' point of view.

To achieve these two goals, the researcher uses the analytical descriptive approach and she designs the research tool which includes the linguistic performance skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) and the sub skills, spreading on its items.

After finding the psychometric properties of the questionnaire by finding the face validity, consulting experts, and finding its reliability by three methods: Split half reliability, Cronbach's Alpha and Test and Retest method.

Accordingly, the Reliability Coeffient records, consequently, (0,87 – 0,90 – 0,88).

The sample is (26) headmistress and supervisions (22 headmistress and 4 supervisions).

After analyzing the data findings using (arithmetic average , standard deviation) the result shows that using the linguistic performance by kindergarten teachers, generally, is in the middle level and the first criterion is (listening), the second criterion is (reading), the third criteria is ( speaking) and the last one is (writing).

Furthermore, findings show that the ration of using listening criteria is 73%, speaking criteria is 67,37%, reading criteria is 69,01%, and writing criteria is 61,47%.

Accordingly, kindergarten teachers in Nineveh Education institution use linguistic performance criteria in a middle level.

In addition, the less used skill throughout is the writing one.

In the light of the findings, the researcher suggests Attention and follow–of the principals and supervisors of the linguistic performance of kindergarten teachers on an ongoing basis.

the researcher suggests finding a study of the level of practicing linguistic performance skills by kindergarten teachers and its relationship with their motivation concerning work and the job satisfaction.
