His study aimed to identify the impact of the Corona pandemic on administrative decision-making in universities, Al-Istiqlal University as a model, and the study also aimed to identify the impact of the corona pandemic on administrative, academic and military decisions at al-istiqlal university.

for the purposes of collecting data and information, the study community was represented by all the academic, administrative and military heads of departments at Al-Istiqlal University, and the sample size reached (28).
