Abstract EN

The following research aims to identify the feeling of Job alienation and its relationship to the occupational stress among the preparatory school teachers .

The research community includes preparatory teachers in all schools affiliated to the Diwaniyah Education Directorate for the academic year (2020-2021), and their number is (2276) teachers and schools of scientific and literary specialization.

The sample of the current research consisted of (400) teachers and schools with (87%) of the original community, who were chosen by the random method and by the method of equal proportions from preparatory schools in A}-Diwaniyah Govemorate and from the scientific and literary specializations.

The number of male teachers was (200) and the female teachers was (200) The number of teachers of scientific specialization was (200) teachers, and the literary specialization was (200).

After extracting the psychometric characteristics of the scale of the feeling of Job alienation and occupational stress (honesty, stability), the scale was applied to a sample of (400) teachers and schools from the scientific and literary specializations, and the research reached the following results; • The preparatory school teachers do not have a feeling of job alienation..

The preparatory school teachers have occupational stress * The correlation between the feeling of job alienation and occupational stress among preparatory school teachers is as follows; A - There are no statistically significant differences aocording to the sex variable.

B - There are statistically significant differences according to the specialization variable and in favor of the scientific specialization.

In light of the research results, the researcher presented some conclusions, suggestions and recommendations.
