هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة واقع الاقتصاد الرقمي العربي من خلال المؤشر الرقمي العربي الذي يقوم على أساس إعطاء وزن أكبر للمحاور التي تعكس الركائز الأساسية وأولوية للاقتصاد الرقمي في الدول العربية، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه ما زال هناك عدد كبير من الدول العربية حوالي نصفها تعاني من ضعف بهذه الركائز خاصة في محور المؤسسات والبنية التحتية.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to study the facts of the Arab digital economy through the Arab index, which is based on giving more weight to the axes that reflect the basic pillars and priority of the digital economy in the Arab countries.
the study concluded that there are still a large number of Arab countries, about half of which suffer from this weakness the pillars are mainly in the institutions and infrastructure axis.
