Summary: This research concerns the hedging through guarantees contracts in Al Baraka Bank of Algeria, where I started my study with a real statement of precaution and guarantees with a statement of legality, and then moved to the definition of Al Baraka Algerian Bank, until I reached a statement of how to hedge through third party guarantee contracts in Islamic law And what is the adequacy of the laws prescribed by the law for hedging through the guarantees contracts in Al Baraka Bank of Algeria, and then in the end I mentioned the conclusion of the most important findings reached with the index index and references.
