In light of the technological and scientific development observed today, which has affected various areas of life, negotiations have become an essential and important stage in the field of international electronic commerce contracts, as they are conducted electronically.

That trading in general and electronic trading in particular contains several obligations on which it is based, such as the obligation to start and continue trading, the principle of prohibiting parallel obligations, the duty to keep secrets, duty to cooperate and duty media.

This is in addition to an important principle which governs this stage, which is that of protecting legitimate expectations in transactions, and it is the principle of negotiation in good faith, which aims to secure the negotiation process, and this by preventing deception and concealment which can harm one of the parties.

But in such a virtual environment, how can it be revealed, and how to ensure good intentions that are almost impossible even in the traditional normal environment.
