تصنف جريمة الاتجار بالأشخاص من الجرائم المنظمة، و تتعدى حدودها الوطن الواحد، و نظرا لآثارها المتعددة فقد سارع المجتمع الدولي إلى مكافحتها عبر الاتفاقيات و البروتوكولات الدولية، و هكذا التزمت كافة الدول بإصدار تشريعات وطنية تعاقب مرتكبيها، إذ أقر المشرع الجزائري تعديلات مهمة على قانون العقوبات سنة 2009، حيث جرم الاتجار بالأشخاص سعيا منه إلى الحد من هذه الظاهرة الخطيرة
Abstract EN
The crime of trafficking in persons is classified as an organized crime, beyond the borders of the same country, and its consideration of its multiple effects.
The international community has been quick to combat them through international conventions and protocols.
Thus, all countries have committed to enacting national legislation that penalizes their perpetrators.
The crime of trafficking in persons in an effort to curb this dangerous phenomenon.
