Trafficking in human beings in an organized crime that requires legal treatment at both the international and national and international levels, given its gravity and grave prejudice human beings in its humanity, so states are trying to limit them with the mechanisms available to them.

In this regard the role of the governmental committees in Algeria and France is to curb this crime despite the difference between the two experiments.
